Dean oversees the hiring and training of National Forensic Consultants’ expert and engineering staff, the development of service programs, and the overall business development of the company’s offerings. In this leadership role, he is responsible for recruiting, vetting, onboarding, and managing experts and engineers while ensuring that all team members uphold NFC’s rigorous quality standards. He conducts formal performance assessments, establishes ongoing technical training and CEU programs, and develops clear guidelines for technical standards, procedures, and consultant protocols.

Mr. Gentner plays a key role in strengthening NFC’s service quality by developing strategies that enhance and align the company’s technical requirements with the evolving needs of the insurance industry and its defense counsel. He leads the creation and management of NFC’s expert report Quality and Peer Review Programs and ensures compliance with state licensing board requirements. Additionally, he develops new investigative service programs tailored to industry needs and recruits, trains, and manages the Regional Manager team, which oversees expert assignments and client satisfaction.

He leads NFC’s efforts to collaborate closely with each carrier it serves, understands their goals and directives, and guides consulting strategies that deliver measurable, high-quality results.
