Claims can be submitted through our online portal, by email, or directly to the representative Regional Manager.
Initial Consultation / First Look
The Regional Manager reviews the claim details, consults with the claims handler, and determines the appropriate technical discipline(s) and procedure required for the investigation.
Expert Selection & Budget Proposal
NFC assigns the most qualified expert based on technical scope, geography, and claim complexity. A detailed budget proposal is provided for approval before work begins.
Scheduling & Coordination
Our Client Relations Team initiates administrative set up, coordinates inspection logistics, maintains communication with all parties, and tracks progress through completion.
Investigation & Findings
The expert conducts the site inspection, documents findings, and provides a verbal summary of results immediately following the inspection.
Reporting & Quality Assurance
A written report is provided if requested. Every deliverable undergoes internal QA review to ensure accuracy, clarity, and defensibility.
Follow-Up & Ongoing Support
NFC's Regional Manager remains engaged to address any follow-up needs, clarification requests, or expert testimony requirements.
